The invoice archiving
module as an addition to SIHOT.PMS provides an integrated and
user-friendly way to save and store invoices. With SIHOT.Billbackup
you are able to save and recall invoices electronically, complete
and traceable order.
Safety
SIHOT.Billbackup is an
in-build storage for invoices generated in SIHOT. The saving is done
in standardised RTF-format, which can be read by all popular word
processors and is supported by SIHOT. Invoices are accessed via
search dialog, full text search included, for invoice documents in
the entire archive.
Back-up Medium
Choose the backup medium
freely. We have included the support of CD burners as an inexpensive
and fast means of backup. Furthermore, 3.5 inch diskette, ZIP-drive,
MO-drive or hard drive is also possible means.
